Gift Shop Spotlight: Jillian Lukiwski of The Noisy Plume

Confluence Gallery is pleased to offer a delicious selection of handcrafted jewelry by Jillian Lukiwski of The Noisy Plume.

Jillian's jewelry is inspired by her love of nature in all it's forms. Her upbringing on remote ranger stations in a handful of Canada's National Parks is one of the most defining elements of her younger years and a life detail that has kept her deeply connected to the land, no matter where her meandering path has taken her.

Jillian uses natural stones and silver to create one of a kind pieces imbued with the spirit of the earth.

We have a fresh shipment of Jillian's beautiful creations featured here at Confluence Gallery this summer. Come on in and experience the magic that is the Noisy Plume!

Jillian Lukiwski is an independent metalsmith, freelance photographer and writer representing the indelible spirit of the interior West of Canada and the USA. She spends her winters in Idaho and in the summer, she moves North to the Methow Valley of Washington with her smokejumper husband. Her creative work is inspired by the natural world and the way the rhythms and cycles there parallel and illuminate the human condition. When she's not working with metal or wielding a camera, you can find her trail running, skijoring her German shorthaired pointers, fly fishing, upland hunting, rafting or wandering about in the woods with her dog

You can find more of her work at Confluence Gallery 509-997-2787
